Refund Policy

1. Our approach

We want you to be happy with DesktopDraw. We recommend trying the free trial before buying to make sure it works for you.

2. Right of withdrawal

DesktopDraw is digital content delivered immediately. At checkout you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once your license key has been delivered.

3. Subscriptions

You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time; it will not renew again and you keep access until the end of the month already paid. Partial months are not refunded, except where required by law.

4. When we refund

• Technical problems: if DesktopDraw does not work on your Windows PC and we cannot solve the problem, we will refund you.
• Duplicate purchases: if you were charged twice by mistake, we will refund the duplicate.
• Legal guarantee: refunds required under the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content always apply.

5. How to request a refund

Email info@desktopdraw.com or use our Support & Contact page with your order email and license key, and describe the problem. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days after approval. Refunded license keys are deactivated.
