Terms of Sale & License

1. Seller

DesktopDraw software and licenses are sold by DesktopDraw, based in Spain. Contact: info@desktopdraw.com.

2. Products and prices

DesktopDraw for Windows 10 and 11 is offered as a monthly subscription. The features and number of devices included are described on the website at the time of purchase.

Prices are shown in euros (€). Prices do not include VAT; the applicable taxes for your country are calculated and shown before you pay.

3. Ordering and payment

You place an order through our checkout page. Payment is processed securely by Stripe, which may offer card payments, PayPal and other local payment methods. We do not receive or store your full card details. The contract is concluded when your payment is confirmed. You will receive a receipt/invoice and an email with your license key.

4. Delivery

DesktopDraw is digital content delivered electronically. Your license key is shown immediately after payment and sent to the email address you provide. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive it, or contact us.

5. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases. For digital content supplied immediately, this right is lost once delivery has started, provided you have expressly requested immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose the right. At checkout you are asked to give this request and acknowledgement. See our Refund Policy for the cases in which we offer refunds.

6. Subscriptions

Your subscription is billed monthly in advance and renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your customer portal or by contacting us; cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues until the end of the period already paid. Your license remains active while your subscription is active. If we change the price, we will notify you in advance and you can cancel before the new price applies.

7. License

With your subscription, DesktopDraw grants you a non-exclusive license, not transferable to other people, for as long as your subscription is active. The license allows you to install and use the software on the number of devices included in your plan. The software remains the property of DesktopDraw. You may not resell, sublicense, rent, reverse engineer or distribute the software or your license key, except where the law expressly allows it.

All updates are included at no extra cost while your subscription is active.

8. Free trial

A free 7-day trial lets you evaluate DesktopDraw with all Pro tools before buying. When the trial ends, DesktopDraw keeps working in a limited free mode until you subscribe.

9. Warranty and liability

DesktopDraw is provided with the legal guarantees of conformity that apply to digital content under Spanish and EU consumer law. If the software does not work as described, contact us and we will repair or replace it, or refund you where applicable. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages such as loss of data or profits.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may bring any claim before the courts of your place of residence. You can also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
